A figurehead, a builder, and the agents in between.
Every AI Builder Spotlight site follows the same team model we teach: one recognizable figurehead who tells the story, one architect who builds the system underneath, and a growing bench of agent builders who prove it works.
Who’s on it
The team.

Dylan Haugen
Professional dunker with 100M+ views across social media, host of the Dunk Talk podcast, and co-founder of Local Service Spotlight. Dylan is one of 24 athletes picked for Shaq’s DunkMan League this summer — and he ran his own name through this exact system first: entity home, a claimed Google Knowledge Panel at 17, the Content Factory. AI Builder Spotlight exists because it worked on him before it ever became a product.

Dennis Yu
CEO of BlitzMetrics and Local Service Spotlight, 20+ years running digital marketing for brands from Adidas and Nike to thousands of local service businesses. Dennis built the engine underneath every AI Builder Spotlight member’s site: the Content Factory, Dollar-a-Day, the Knowledge Panel playbook, and the agent skill library that runs all of it. Dylan is the face; Dennis built what’s under the hood.
dennisyu.com →Cam Hazzard
Pro dunker signed to Shaq’s DunkMan League who builds his own Claude agents on the side — the positive-mentions-harvester skill in this very pack started as Cam’s own tool, built to scrape the internet for his mentions in 15 minutes instead of 10 hours. Cam is proof of the whole thesis: you don’t need to be a professional marketer to run this system. You need to be willing to build.
Why this structure
Figurehead up front. CTO underneath.
It’s the same model we build for every AI Builder Spotlight member: a recognizable name the market already trusts carries the story, while the operator underneath owns the system — the schema, the content pipeline, the agents that keep it running. Dylan is the figurehead: the dunker-turned-founder whose own brand build is the proof this works. Dennis is CTO: the guy who’s spent 20 years building the marketing infrastructure that Dylan’s brand (and yours) runs on.
That’s not a hierarchy of importance — it’s a division of labor. The figurehead is what clients and the market see first. The CTO is what makes it real, repeatable, and honest. Every member who joins gets both: a system that’s been proven on real people first, not sold to you cold.
The bigger goal
Part of something larger than one site.
AI Builder Spotlight is one piece of Dennis’s stated goal: creating 1,000,000 jobs for young adults who become AI builders — people who learn the Content Factory, Dollar-a-Day, and entity-SEO system hands-on, on real client work, the same way Dylan and Cam did. Builders who get found get hired. Builders who get hired build businesses. Businesses that get healthier get sold, and the cycle repeats with more people at a higher level each time.

The same 10-skill system, in your hands.
